**Role Purpose**
- Identify, engage, and onboard organizations poised to benefit from our tailored solutions.
- Source and match top-tier Solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs.
- A pivotal role intertwining outbound sales strategies with targeted recruitment efforts.

**Role Execution**
- Develop an intimate understanding of your designated market vertical and geographic area.
- Strategically map potential clients and partners within your vertical and region.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to identify prospects and initiate outreach.
- Oversee the entire sales and recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless placement.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in our CRM system.

- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in nurturing and managing client relationships.
