Role:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Support Manager who is passionate about empowering authors. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be the touchpoint between authors and our platform, ensuring they have a seamless and enriching experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist authors in navigating our cutting-edge platform.

Demystify the royalty system, ensuring authors understand and maximize their earnings.

Coordinate with project managers to provide timely updates to authors.

Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and tact.

Uphold a friendly, confident, and patient demeanor, especially during challenging situations or when clients are less than pleased.

Qualifications:
Mastery over written and spoken English.

Prior experience in customer support roles is preferable.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities.

Empathy and patience, combined with the ability to turn adverse situations into positive outcomes.

Familiarity with standard communication tools and software.

Adept at multitasking and efficient time management.
