**Description and Requirements**:
**Objetivo del puesto**:
Trabajar estrechamente con los Key Account Managers (KAM) para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, proporcionando soporte preventa, resolviendo aspectos técnicos y ofreciendo mejoras tecnológicas utilizando el portafolio de productos Lenovo/AMD.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaborar con los KAM en la búsqueda de nuevos negocios, ofreciendo soporte técnico y estrategias basadas en las soluciones de Lenovo/AMD.
- Realizar demostraciones técnicas de soluciones tecnológicas y de la industria, destacando los beneficios de los productos Lenovo/AMD.
- Proporcionar entrenamientos técnicos internos a los KAMs y canales, asegurando su conocimiento actualizado sobre las soluciones y productos.
- Participar activamente en la elaboración de planes de venta y en la adquisición de nuevas cuentas.
- Actuar como consultor interno, generando confianza con los clientes, proponiendo soluciones, y elaborando propuestas comerciales y presentaciones técnicas para clientes y usuarios finales.
- Apoyar la estrategia comercial para cumplir los objetivos de ventas del segmento.
- Mantener un sólido conocimiento del mercado, realizando análisis de la competencia e inteligencia de negocios.
- Comprender la estructura organizativa de los departamentos de IT de los clientes y desarrollar relaciones con tomadores de decisiones en diferentes níveles comerciales y técnicos.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimiento profundo de las soluciones tecnológicas y productos Lenovo/AMD.
- Experiência en preventa técnica, análisis de mercado y desarrollo de propuestas comerciales.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva para interactuar con clientes, KAMs y equipos internos.
- Capacidad para realizar demostraciones técnicas y entrenar a otros equipos.
- Conocimiento del mercado y la competencia, con habilidades de análisis e inteligencia de negocios.
- Experiência trabajando con equipos de ventas y gestión de relaciones comerciales con tomadores de decisiones en el sector IT.
