- Realiza instalaciones, desinstalaciones y reubicaciones de Máquinas de Juego Electrónico, así como todo el equipo accesorio y complementario.
- Soluciona los problemas de las Máquinas de Juego Electrónico, así como todo el equipo accesorio y complementario, realizando los descartes y revisiones necesarias para determinar la causa de la falla y realizar la corrección que se requiere. Esto puede incluir intercambiar equipos defectuosos, limpiar y / o reparar el componente defectuoso.
- Se comunica de manera efectiva y eficiente con el personal del cliente y áreas de apoyo internas, ya sea de manera remota o presencial, y proporciona el seguimiento correspondiente.
- Asiste en la resolución de auditorías de registros de actividad de funcionamiento técnico o de juego para aclaración de dudas, seguimiento de casos, análisis de desempeño o pruebas técnicas y funcionales.
- Uso de manuales técnicos y diversas herramientas informativas, así como consultas a diversas áreas de soporte, tanto en español como en inglés, con el fin de realizar sus actividades.
- Realiza mantenimiento preventivo programado a las Máquinas de Juego Electrónico, así como todo el equipo accesorio y complementario, para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento y mantener la imagen correcta de la misma.
- Realiza reportes de toda actividad realizada, tanto por mensajería instantánea, correo electrónico, SAP y archivos de soporte (actas físicas) para seguimiento, control y registro. De igual manera realiza reportes administrativos internos.
- Sugerir mejoras con respecto a los métodos tanto técnicos como procedimentales establecidos.

**Requisitos**:
**Experiência**:
6 meses en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos eléctricos, electrónicos y dispositivos electromecánicos y /o realizando soporte.

**Estudios**:
Técnico y/o Tecnologo en electrónica, eléctricidad, sistemas o afines.

**Conocimientos**:
En el uso de equipos de medición y diagnóstico para equipos eléctricos y electrónicos.

Manejo de Office nível medio (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)

Ingles Intermedio (Lectura)
