**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
Supply Chain Management Analyst | Casa Central (Munro)

Lead efforts to standardize and implement processes and activities across the LATAM Cluster based on Air Liquide’s governing policies
- Works with and supports Air Liquide business entities to develop roadmaps, best practices, etc to implement Group and entity transformation initiatives
- Represents the Cluster in Group core team discussions, arbitration, and development of policy & Bluebook updates, Group wide transformation initiatives, and global projects
- Serves as a liaison between Cluster Procurement teams and the Americas Procurement community on points of policy, process, tools and methodologies.
- Support the overall Cluster in the reporting and management of the savings reporting process per Bluebook
- Responsible for GYM reporting for the Cluster Procurement Center
- Provides analytics and reporting support for internal customers including the development and creation of BI dashboards
- Lead and develop processes related to supplier performance management and other supplier programs as needed (ex. Small Business Administration ; Supplier Diversity program, Group Sustainability program)
- Performs analysis of financial and operating information as requested including:

- Spend analysis
- Data mining from various Americas data sources (ex. Cluster ERPs, Digital Procurement Solution,

Finance systems, etc)
- Total cost of ownership analysis
- Trend analysis
- Provide additional and ad hoc reporting as needed, including:

- Market reporting and forecasting
- Supplier market conditions and analysis as directed by SCM leadership
- Supplier and Commodity Profiles
- Investigate and study supplier cost structures
- Responsible for the development and publishing of market reporting and forecasting that provides sourcing direction and customer forecasting
- Responsible for coordinating reporting for key Group initiatives and reporting requirements
- Responsible for deploying key initiatives as needed
- Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses of business activities as needed to support global strategic sourcing efforts
- Prepares presentation documents and assists in presenting findings to all levels of management
- Leads continuous improvement projects across the Cluster procurement community
- Compliance with Group Procurement Bluebook guidance
- Provide support, when needed, on global SCM system projects for assurance of Group compliance
- Maintain strong lines of communication within Air Liquide’s broad procurement community, key customer groups, and other relevant stakeholders
- Participate in special projects as identified by the Manager, Strategic Planning

- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to collect and correlate information and data
- Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Google skills are required
- Understands underlying mechanisms of customer/supplier relationships

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelors degree in economics, finance, engineering or any business related field
Preferred: Advanced degree in economics, finance, engineering or any business related field
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Minimum of 2 years of finance, business analysis and economic modeling experience or equivalent experience
