**Sales Executive** **(M/F)**

**in our Consumer Products Division**

Based in Sofia

**YOUR ROLE**

We're looking for a new colleague (M/F) who will be the part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of **Sales Executive** requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

- Motivating and managing **customers **within a **given geographic area**.
- Covering a **specific brand** & **product portfolio**.
- Achieving **sales targets** and **qualitative** & **quantitative **objectives **set by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Identifying prospects within the industry and developing **new business relationships**.
- Organizing the **routing program** and managing **administrative **data **& **information**.
- Helping customers develop their own business**:sales**, **merchandising **and **technical **assistance**.
- Staying up to date with **industry trends**, **competitor activities** and **market conditions** to adapt **sales** **strategies **accordingly.

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Has** up to 2 years** of **similar experience **in **sales**:

- Understanding of **e-commerce** is an advantage
- Experience in **planning** & **reporting **and understanding of **P&L** is an advantage
- Holds a **Bachelor’s** or a **Master’s Degree**:

- Has excellent **computer **skills **(Microsoft office, Outlook)
- Fluent in **English **language
- Has strong **communication **and **negotiation** **skills**:

- Has a **growth **and **goal**-oriented mindset** with **positive attitude**:

- Is good at **recognizing market trends** and has an **entrepreneurship approach**:

- Works with **responsibility **& **autonomy **and is **good **team **player**
