- Procurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos administrativos cumpliendo con los requerimientos legales y políticas internas.
- Atención a los stakeholders relevantes de las sociedades clientes
- Asesorar e implementar procesos administrativos ágiles y velando por la experiência del empleado
- Gestión del conocimiento de los procesos internos
- Buscar la mejora continua
**Que esperamos de ti?**
- Experiência de al menos 2 años en puesto similares
- Deseable experiência en servicios compartidos
- Formación: Administración de Personal, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad
- Ingles medio - avanzado
- Experiência en ERP de gestión de personal
- Orientación a resultados / Gestión de equipos
