The Human Resources (HR) and Legal Digital Technologies Director leads a dynamic, innovative team of multi-dimensional professionals who deeply understand how to drive value through results-driven IT service delivery for Kimberly-Clark’s HR and Legal Stakeholders. This role is a key leadership role for both HR and Legal by driving objectives through delivering information technology, digital, data, analytics, strategy, solutions, and services. This role provides strategic directions through internal/external perspective and proactively seeks out and manages value opportunities for IT solutions and service.
In this role, you will:
- Function as a partner and trusted advisor to the HR and Legal leaderships team and serve as a contributor to the deployment and realization of the HR and Legal Teams strategic plans.
- Assure secure, compliant, and stable operations in technologies enabling both HR and Legal.
- In partnership with HR and Legal leadership, define strategy, roadmap for HR and Legal technology, information, data and digital technologies.
- Drive the delivery of innovative solutions to support the efficiency, agility of HR and Legal Team and the productivity and collaboration of all of Kimberly-Clark employees and potential new employees.
- Serve in a leadership role within Kimberly-Clark as an influential player within Enterprise Applications; work effectively in a matrix environment.

Role will be a leader of Digital Technologies for Global HR and Legal.
Key Interfaces: HR and Legal Senior Leaders (VPs and Directors), IT Leadership Teams, Product & Platform partners, support team of external delivery partners and software vendors.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor or Master’s degree is recommended with minimum 8+ years of IT experience or HR or Legal process expertise. The person must have strong blend of technology and HR functional experience.
- Expert in HR and Legal Domain knowledge preferred.
- Experience building and communicating future HR and Legal plans and capabilities along with being able to provide insights into the technologies required for delivery
- Experience with capability/product development, including visioning, road mapping, feature prioritization and go to market strategy
- Ability to maintain ROI / budget / P&L
- Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
- Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
- Experience as a change agent at senior levels of the organization
- Demonstrate learning agility, “GM mindset”, hands on leader and flexibility in managing a global team across time zones.
