- **Content Effectiveness**: Performance of content types based on reach and engagement metrics, aiming for optimization.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the organization, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business decisions, particularly in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as SQL to monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and technology integration.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development among team members.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within a digital marketing or e-commerce environment including and no limited to social media.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML for effective communication with technical teams.
- Excellent research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Pay: From $650,000.00 per month
