Junior HR Administrator

The Junior HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting and executing administrative functions within the Human Resources department.
Their main responsibility will be to assist in the efficient execution of daily activities, ensuring compliance with the organization's HR policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Assist in managing documentation related to employee hiring and termination (onboarding/offboarding).
- Maintain records of employee entries and exits, administer employee's work accident insurance (ART), and manage documentation for social security.
- Keep employee records up to date.
- Interact with the Finance department regarding billing and suppliers.
- Keep invoices from Suppliers archived and organized.
- Assist in the interaction with departmental suppliers.
- Assist in daily employee inquiries.
- HIBOB system data entry
Training and Development:
- Assist in coordinating the logistics of training, development programs and company events ( All hands meetings, special celebrations, year end celebration, etc).
- Assist in the preparation of training materials and tracking attendance.
Internal Communications:
- Assist in internal communications related to HR policies and corporate events.
- Collaborate in disseminating relevant information to employees.
- Handle necessary purchases (snacks and beverages) for the Coffee area.

- Recent Graduate of advanced student of Human Resources/Psychology/ RRPP or similar
- Proficient in Excel
- Advanced verbal and written English communication
- Excellent communication skills.

- Residence in AMBA (mandatory)
