A Sales & Marketing Specialist Lead plays a crucial role in business development and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities within a company, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
This role may vary depending on the industry and company, but here is a general job description for a Sales & Marketing Specialist.
**Hours 8:30am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time, MUST have clear English and stable internet connection. Must stay focused and meet weekly goals in closing new business.**
- **Prospect and Customer Interaction**:
- Outbound Calls to offer services and products as well as fact finding getting feedback from prospect. Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide product information and assistance to prospect.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain and update prospect databases and records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels as needed.
- Professional Networking Required via Linked In
- Meet Outbound call goals
- Experience with Social Media Marketing and Content Creation on Facebook, Linked In and Instagram.
- **Prospect & Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Train and educate new sales team members on product details.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management weekly.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree Required in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales software/tools, preferred PipeDrive
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Sales or customer service experience may be preferred.
