We are recruiting one Outbound one sales representative focused in B2B and one focused in B2C for our customer in the construction area.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual. Your English must be flawless.
- Experience in sales with high tickets.
- 2+ years of experience in similar positions (outbound or B2B).
- 1 year of experience working remotely and autonomously.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, priorities and strategy without direct supervision.

- Ability to persuasively paint before and after scenarios for prospects.
- Maintaining strong internal communication: update CRM, document processes, ask for help when needed, share insights with to your team, etc.
- Initiative to start the conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.

**What's in it for me**

Compensation: $1,000 base + $250 per inbound sale and 3% per outbound sale.
- Freedom: flexible hours and work from anywhere.
- 3 weeks off + US holidays.

**Salary**: $1,000.00 per month
