Como Pasante de Follow Up, tu objetivo principal será realizar encuesta de satisfacción y generar informes con los resultados de las mismas.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

Cargar en el sistema las acciones correctivas realizadas por los sectores de venta y taller frente a los reclamos informados.

Realizar un reporte mensual de las actividades realizadas en el que se detalla: cantidad de llamados, contactos efectivos, cantidad de clientes no conformes.

Informar a los sectores correspondientes las disconformidades de los clientes de taller y ventas.

El pasante tendrá la posibilidad de fortalecer habilidades relacionadas al impacto e influencia con clientes y a profundizar conocimientos relacionados a un proceso comercial bajo entorno digital.
- Requisitos Técnicos:

- Perfil estratégico: traducción de la información para dentro y fuera de la compañía.
- Gran capacidad de gestión y organización.
- Fuerte orientación a resultados.
- Capacidad para demostrar persistencia y disciplina en la resolución creativa de problemas en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al equipo.
- Fuertes habilidades interpersonales; capacidad para construir relaciones positivas, exhibir y ganar confianza.
- Orientación al cliente.
- Creatividad y curiosidad.
- Autonomía.
- Capaz de priorizar objetivos y detectar aspectos de mejora.
- Conocimientos en Excel
