**Job Purpose**

This position performs duties under general direction of the Social Selling Supervisor in support of modern sales processes for socially enabled agents. Additionally, the Social Admin curates engaging content both from client owned sources and third-party thought leadership. The Social Admin collaborates with Client Success and Operations, to provide tactical support of initiatives aligned with client marketing strategies, brand awareness, and business development.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Build new LinkedIn profiles for Socially Enabled Agent.
- Execute social strategy on behalf of the assigned Socially Enabled Agents.
- Adding and accepting new connection requests.
- Send messages and E-Mails to possible prospects on behalf of agents to schedule a follow-up phone call.
- Logging notifications and responses in the social request system.
- Identify target contacts within the Agent’s assigned companies.
- Engage in prospects posts through likes and comments.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Agent on social selling best practices.
- Support client social selling demand generation campaigns and inbound marketing logistics, including content curation, post copy, social activity monitoring and SharePoint request fulfillment.
- Manage the full content library including delivery/distribution, governance and retirement for client content streams.

**Education and Experience**
- GED or High School Diploma. Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years experience in an engagement center environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of Televerde’s business processes.
- History of good performance and strong work ethic.
- Experience with CRM, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Excel is preferred.
- Basic knowledge in LinkedIn and Social Networks or tools.

- Demonstrated initiative, self-starter and teamwork capabilities.

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**

Essential physical requirements of this job include:

- Ability to move wrists, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive motion.
- Ability to continuously stand, walk, reach, kneel, bend, stoop, push/pull, and sit.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Communicating effectively with employees, vendors, and clients.
- Continuously working at a desk and computer.
