As an Account Executive at Grintern, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential clients to generate interest in hiring with Grintern and ensuring they sign the agreement. More specifically:

- Conduct sales calls (mostly through Zoom, but you can experiment with phone calls if they prove to be more effective in achieving the desired results) with potential customers to promote grintern.co and its products and services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English. We don’t require you to be a native speaker, but you should be proficient in communication.
- Opportunity and desire to have calls within the PST time zone. You don’t have to be in that time zone, but you need to be available for calls in accordance with this time zone daily.
- Proven experience as an account executive, sales representative, or in a similar role in B2B sales. Preferred but not required experience in SaaS, outstaffing, outsourcing, recruiting, or HR business.
- Desire to continue developing in an account executive role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a structured and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with sales software and tools.

**Preferred but not required**:

- Experience living and working in the USA. You don’t have to be there currently.
- Experience in SaaS, outstaffing, outsourcing, recruiting, or HR business.
- Experience launching your own product or startup (not necessarily successfully).
- Experience training and developing sales teams.
