We are currently looking for Portuguese Service Desk Agent to work for a health care project.

**What you´ll do**

You´ll be in charge of L1 support for Brazilian Users and other Spanish Countries.

**What do we value?**

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Primary responsibility is user support and customer service. Being present and available to clients requiring technical assistance.
- Learn fundamental operations of commonly used software, hardware, and other equipment.
- Follow standard Service Desk operating procedures; accurately log all Service Desk tickets using the defined tracking software.
- Become familiar with helpdesk policies and services.
- Become familiar with the Systems, Network, Database, Desktop Engineers, programmers, developers, and each team in the IT Department.

**Necessary skills and experience required**:

- Service Desk Skills/0-2 years of Technical experience on Service Desk, working in customer service projects.
- Spanish and Portuguese bilingual, with basic English at minimum (reading and writing at least)
