**Customer Care Trainee (M/F)**

Based in Sofia

(part time position via agency, with possibility of extension)

**YOUR ROLE**

We're looking for a new colleague (M/F) who will be the part of our Sofia team, having the chance to work for the whole L’Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of **Customer Care Trainee** requires independent, agile and communicative person who will be responsible for:

- Processing of **orders**, **i**n**voicing**, **claims **and **returns **treatment.
- Coordinating **delivery** **process **with logistic partner.
- Communicating with **clients**.
- Communicating and cooperating with **sales **teams**.
- Collaborating with other teams inside the company**:Supply**, **Stock** **management**.
- Performing part of **Credit** **management**: following up on **overdue**, reconciliation of **payments**.

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Has **up to 1 year** of similar **experience**:

- Holds a **high **school **diploma **at a minimum (**Bachelor’s **Degree** is an advantage)
- Has excellent **computer **skills **(**Excel**, Outlook)
- Experience in **SAP **is an advantage
- Fluent in **English **language
- Has strong **communication **and **negotiation **skills**:

- Is **detail-**oriented** and has good **analytical **skills**:

- Works with **responsibility **& **autonomy**
