**The Opportunity**

The main purpose is to enable PepsiCo´s substantial growth and competitive advantage and unlock business strategy to drive value for our customers and consumers by aligning with the GMs and Functional Leadership to achieve challenging but attainable transformation while reaching performance goals.

The APU Business Transformation Manager participates in the definition of the Transformation Portfolio and Strategy to drive growth in APU, securing a solid balance between operational performance and transformation.

(S)he is responsible for ensuring Transformational Programs and projects are set up for success, excecuted without disruption to the business and capable of adapting to a changing context. This includes enabling customer centricity through GTM transformation, integrating end-to-end value chain transformation and leading the journey towards the Agile Enterprise.

Geographic scope includes Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay

**Your impact**

**As Business Transformation Manager your scope will consist of...**

**Lead the Apu Transformation agenda without disruption to the business and adapting to the changing context.**
- Participate in the definition and validation of the Transformation Portfolio and Strategy to drive growth, including programs associated but not limited to Customer centricity, end to end Value Chain and Lean & Agile organization.
- Drive the readiness assessment and continuous review of the Transformation Portfolio to ensure program and project dependencies and risks are proactively managed.
- Secure local execution of Regional / Global Transformational projects through multi-functional and multi-level collaboration networks.
- Lead all Transformation communication to ensure information flow within the CU including but not limited to: Portfolio / project status, lessons learned / best practices, recommendations and actionable insights to drive execution excellence.
- Identify opportunities to drive business value through process simplification and digitalization. Structure and lead high impact initiatives aligned to business priorities in FASTER, STRONGER and BETTER.
- Implement and sustain the agile Operating Model in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay aligned to and in continuous co-creation with the Latam Enterprise Agility vision.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- 6+ years of relevant experience in project management, redesigning business processes and planning. Business or GTM Strategy experience is preferred.
- Professional / Bachelor in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels in the organization.

- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment that sees connections in data, events, trends.
