**Finance Digital Transformation**

This position plays a key role in enabling business steering and supporting finance team in digital transformation process, developing automatizations, and bringing insights about vast amounts of data, leading the decision-making process to create value, and supporting the organization in its objective to meet the shareholders’ expectations.

Reporting to Performance Management LATAM, its main responsibilities are:

- Coordinate ConoSur planning and actuals processes for working capital and cashflow
- Perform P&L financial analysis, consolidation and dashboards.
- Drive continuous process/tools/dashboards development and optimization for finance processes
- Optimizing problems solutions using machine learning techniques
- Support key integration initiatives and projects for regional FBP
- Act as interface/first point of contact for Latam PM team

**Your mission will be to**:

- Conduct the ConoSur CS financial planning processes for working capital and cashflow in close cooperation with regional PM team, C&C team and Accounting team._
- Connect local and regional teams on technical aspects for problem solving and standardization, being responsible for technical recommendations and daily decision making of operational issues._
- Support the regional performance management team in projects (in divisional and regional projects)_
- Support data.one and other global financial tools/processes implementation across region_
- Enhance regional standardization, best practices exchange while leveraging analytics workstreams_
- Based on Business model, develop products that really generate a good impact in organization - automatizing decision making, predicting better future events, increasing forecast accuracy_
- Generate and answer questions, based on Data._
- Foster Bayer competencies and commitments_

**Unlock your potential**:

- Higher education (Engineering / Economy / Administration)
- MBA or Postgraduate in Finance is desirable
- English (fluency in oral and writing) and local language skills
- Solid background in Finance and Analytics
- Solid experience working in multifunctional teams
- Solid experience in project and change management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
