**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Provides financial support and insight to the MU Commercial agenda as well as supports BUs with insights and analysis in the cross section between MU/BU, ensuring that both MU/BUs have access to the same information

The role provides direct support to local Finance Manager and Regional Planning team.

**Your Impact**

**As Commercial Finance Manager, your scope would consist of **
- Responsible for providing analysis and insight to understand performance and guide decision making, bringing financial perspective to all commercial variables in MU
- Supports brand & channel growth strategy, working closely with Marketing and Sales
- Assist sales team in determining D&A Strategy and controlling budget execution; Support Pricing Process with analysis (profitability, BEP, etc)
- Support and Guide business proposal analyses and guide other functions on how to perform their analysis
- Brings financial perspective to sales volume models
- Support commercial productivity initiatives (Rumbo, portfolio optimization, etc)
- Ensure that mix shifts (product, channel, etc) are interpreted and managed to deliver topline results
- Monitors SKU profitability across categories and channels
- Owns SKU Profitability models across categories and channels
- Identifies margin improvement opportunities and works with other functions to capture them
- Leads the development of P&L for innovations, aiming at guaranteeing healthy profitability of product launchs
- Conduct commercial business drivers analysis and review
- Supports commercial team with initiative portfolio management and initiative post-audit
- Build sales analytics tools & scorecards to evaluate commercial strategy execution
- Commercial AOP Leadership at MU level
- Support commercial section of MU Business Review

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Engineering, Economy, or Business Administration degrees, preferably
- Fully bilingual (English - Spanish)
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in consumer goods (ideal)
- Financial Planning experience (Finance Business Partner de Ventas, FP&A Leader, Finance Manager)
- Exceptional analytical ability
- Results orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
