**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
Reporting directly to the BSC Director, the HR Manager is responsible for establishing the HR strategy for the BSC that ensures quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness of all HR processes. The position will functionally report to the SVP HR Americas to assure alignment with Group HR strategy and principles in conjunction with BSC business objectives and in compliance with Local laws.

Job Responsibilities - BSC Operational Phase
- Execute, and continuously improve, HR processes to ensure full staffing of the BSC with high quality talent
- Oversee all annual HR performance and pay processes for BSC employees, including: objective setting, performance evaluation, annual merit and bonus programs
- Promote the development of BSC employees by building strong relationships and becoming a trusted resource. Provide coaching/feedback, conduct career discussions, guide in the creation of personal development plans, and facilitate access to employee processes and programs.
- Consult with management on human resource-related issues and co-develop integrated solutions.
- Lead resolution of employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and collaborate with leaders to bring fair, timely, equitable, and effective conclusions.
- Provide coaching and counseling to BSC leaders.
- Promote employee involvement teams focused on work environment, inclusion and diversity, and other topics essential to employee engagement
- Champion the creation and implementation of long-term, proactive talent management and succession planning processes in partnership with leaders.
- Promote alignment of business objectives between leadership and team members.
- Establish strong relationships with HR colleagues in other Air Liquide entities to share practices and key learnings
- Deploy the training & follow up to ensure that local laws, Group principles of actions, and code of conduct are understood and respected
- Be the point of contact for any ethical complaints/matters

**Education**:

- Bachelor degree in Human resources management or equivalent Business school degree

**Experience/Certifications**:

- 10+ years Managerial Experience in Human Resources
- Experience working in shared service center is desirable

**Language Requirements**:

- English fluency
- Spanish fluency
- French is a plus

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Knowledge
- Well-rounded HR generalist experience
- Experience in HR transformation and change management
- Talent management expertise (succession planning, high potential program, talent pipeline development, etc.)
- Google C suite (plus)
