Estamos buscando un profesional altamente motivado y con habilidades avanzadas en inglés para unirse a nuestro equipo como Agente de Atención al Cliente Nocturno. Este puesto desempeña un papel crucial en nuestra empresa al proporcionar un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes durante las horas nocturnas.

**Responsabilidades**:
**Atención al Cliente**:
Gestionar eficientemente consultas, preguntas y problemas de los clientes durante el turno nocturno.

Proporcionar información precisa sobre productos, servicios y procesos de la empresa.

Resolver problemas y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.

**Comunicación Avanzada en Inglés**:
Comunicarse de manera efectiva y clara en inglés, tanto por escrito como verbalmente.

Manejar con destreza conversaciones telefónicas y correos electrónicos en inglés.

**Registro y Documentación**:
Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes utilizando nuestro sistema de gestión de relaciones con el cliente (CRM).

Documentar y reportar problemas recurrentes para mejorar continuamente los procesos.

**Resolución de Problemas**:
Identificar y abordar proactivamente problemas potenciales, ofreciendo soluciones eficientes.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos para resolver problemas más complejos.

**Horario Nocturno**:
Cumplir con el horario de trabajo nocturno asignado, demostrando flexibilidad y disponibilidad para atender las necesidades del cliente en diferentes husos horarios.

**Requisitos**:
Experiência previa en atención al cliente, preferiblemente en un entorno nocturno.

Habilidades avanzadas en inglés, tanto oral como escrito.

Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y tomar decisiones informadas.

Conocimiento básico de sistemas CRM y habilidades informáticas sólidas.

Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.
