**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting: Report to executives and the board on past results and pipeline and campaign forecasts, e.g. through dashboards and presentations
- Analysis: Track leading indicators of pipeline generation and program performance and analyze them to understand what's going well and what's not. Develop a real-time operating model to ensure accurate reporting on KPIs, forecasts, and overall marketing data quality
- Systems: Partner with Leaders to define processes and make recommendations on how systems can embed and measure those behaviors; partner with GTM Systems to implement and handle software that facilitates Marketing Ops activities; partner with Enablement to drive adoption
- Develop program
- and channel-based success metrics and quality measures, including but not limited to digital, ABM, organic, outbound, etc.
- Work to ensure data integrity across all platforms; support marketing on data selection for campaigns, lead workflows, custom fields, and overall data management processes and database health.
- Lead the end-to-end process of tracking the demand funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define delivery techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management

**Processes**
- Attribution: Build and run systems to assist in multi-touch, multi-channel attribution scenarios, so we can optimize campaigns and spend
- ABM: Work cross-functionally with Demand and Sales teams to build, manage and optimize ABM processes, measures, and analysis
- Budgeting: Assist marketing with the creation of cost and return on investment models for per channel, multi-touch attribution campaigns and programs
- Partner with marketing leadership to establish an analysis review cadence - monthly, quarterly, etc - to share performance across key channels (Slack, meetings, intranet, etc.)
- Support the annual planning cycle including prior year analysis, pipeline and channel planning, hiring plans, and other key tasks
- Own operational tasks handled within CRM; as an example, maintaining and supervising lead quality and response times
- Publish, update, and run Rules of Engagement (RoE) documents; establish and publish a unified document to serve as the source of truth for pipeline generation

**Proven Capabilities**:

- You use your excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills to communicate sophisticated concepts to diverse audiences
- You exhibit the ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts in addition to the day-to-day users of technologies
- Passion for designing processes that scale
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through efficient solutions
- Enjoys "getting their hands dirty" by digging into complex operations
- Takes a high degree of ownership over their work
- Clear communicator with a professional presence
- Strong listening skills; open to input from other team members and departments
- Ability to lead through influence

**Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification**:

- This position is based in **ARGENTINA**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in or on Marketing Ops team in a fast-growing company
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Gainsight, etc.
- You have expertise in driving results and outcomes while solving complex business problems, as an individual contributor and through teams and stakeholders

**Skills and Technologies include**:

- Data Analysis: Expert in Excel, especially with Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power-Pivot, PowerPoint, and Power BI visualization and related skills, SQL programming, analytics, and modeling preferred
- Familiarity with our tech stack (or similar): HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense or other account-based marketing tools, Qualified or other similar sophisticated chat tools
