As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive the sales performance of Process Automation Business in Buenos Aires specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy.
You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

This is a position with global grade

This position reports to

Local/Hub Division Manager

Your responsibilities
  • Management of work teams, responsible for managing purchase orders, from their entry to their delivery and invoicing with all the intermediate steps related to logistics support, factory purchase.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
  • Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
  • Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
  • Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
  • Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training, and cross-collaboration.
Your background
  • Bachelor ́s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Five years of experience working in similar positions.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Supply chain management.
  • Negotiation with internal and external clients.
  • Experience working with some ERP is desirable.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Problem solving, organized and detail oriented.
