**Job Overview**:
Bandalabs is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing client satisfaction throughout the project processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the influencer marketing space.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their campaign goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and client satisfaction.
- Oversee the campaign execution process as the main point of contact on the client side.
- Identify opportunities to upsell clients for additional campaign budgets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English, either a native speaker or near-native speaker.
- Proven experience in sales on behalf of an agency; preferably within the influencer marketing or advertising/marketing industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, existing client relations with brands working with influencers is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of global influencer marketing quotations, trends, and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $700,000.00 - $1,100,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
