**Digital Marketing and Growth Manager Job Description**
**Position**:Digital Marketing & Growth Manager
**Department**:Marketing
**Reports to**:CMO
**Job Overview**:The Digital Marketing and Growth Manager would be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns to foster customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital channels and tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Design and implement comprehensive digital and growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
**Data Analysis**: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to understand the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making.
**A/B Testing**: Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.
**Budget Management**: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
**Reporting**: Regularly report on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
**Growth Hacking**: Identify and test innovative growth strategies to acquire new customers, increase customer engagement, and improve retention rates.
**Lead Generation**: Implement effective lead generation strategies and manage marketing funnels and sales conversions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth specialist, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization

**Salary**: $868,260.83 - $930,288.04 per month
