As a Client Implementation Manager in the Complex Implementations team you will have the responsibility for the customer journey through the life of the implementation. The Implementation Manager is a client facing role responsible for the management of several highly complex, large scale projects with constant executive level updates and reporting. In this role you will work closely with clients, Sales, Product, Operations and Client Service to enhance global client satisfaction through seamless delivery of Merchant Services solutions using robust tools and proven methodology, expert consultation, and client advocacy. Be seen as an innovative, passionate, and proactive partner in delivering a seamless end to end client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client facing, single-point-of-contact responsible for the end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during the project.
- Lead collaboration with the client and coverage team to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practices.
- Host scoping meetings with the client and internal coverage team to ensure product and technical requirements are understood and satisfied in accordance with the client's business and technical needs, as well as the firm's capabilities.
- Use tracking tools and systems to document current project status, issues, and risks for all active projects.

**Required Qualifications**
- Fluent written and spoken in English language.
- 5 Years or more relevant business experience, including client facing and/or project management roles.
- Ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, take ownership, and manage through conflict.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project Management experience (required).
- Client facing experience (required).
- University degree (graduated).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both clients and internal partner.
