**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Implementation Support Specialist is a client facing role, who will act as an assistant for the Implementation Manager to implement JPMorgan products, including bank accounts, payments and collections solutions, bank statements, etc.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

- Support the Implementation Managers throughout the life cycle of an Implementation Request, including but not limited to:

- Coordinate / schedule client calls
- Participate in client calls and internal project status meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes, project plans and timelines
- Follow-up on and track takeaways and deliverables to completion
- Use tracking tools and systems to document and update the current project status, issues, and risks. Enrich the systems with additional data and attachments

- Fluent written and spoken in English language (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to both clients and internal partners
- University degree (completed or in progress)
- Attention to details and ability to multi-task
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
