**Job Summary**:
This position has a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales team to meet and exceed sales quotas. Create and provide customer and financial information using ConnectWise as a tool.

**Responsibilities**:

- _Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support._
- _Organize and coordinate the sales team schedules._
- _Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources._
- _Receive and report on all sales leads._
- S_upervise Account Managers and Marketing Teams._
- _Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions._
- _Work with the sales team when closing sales._
- _Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and sales metrics._
- _Meet all sales quotas and goals._
- _Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals._
- _Create Commissions’ Reports on that shows sales made in the different periods and send it to the finance department for approval._
- _Use the ConnectWise tool to fulfill all administrative responsibilities and meet all goals of the sales team._
- _Promote and ensure the maximization of the use of the ConnectWise tool throughout the sales team._
- _Create sales or service contracts for Intechsol's Corp available products._
- _Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs._
- _Provide information needed for the development of custom-made service. _
- _Develop, present, or respond to proposals for customer requirements._
- _Visit prospective customers to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages._
- _Research and identify potential customers for products or services. _
- _Provide support on client’s complaints._
- _Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments._
- _Perform other related duties as assigned_

- Teamwork: Highly collaborative with other Intechsol’ s leaders. Enjoys working in a small high caliber team with high visibility to supervisors. Able to work and liaise with multiple teams, deal with strict deadlines, able to prioritize workloads and help other team members to achieve team goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

- B.S. in a Business-related field from an accredited university
- Knowledgeable in Software/Payroll/Human Resources

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
