**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**
Customer Service
- Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.
- Schedule weekly calls with Customers to ensure orders are being executed to the customer request date.
- Direct contact with customer to resolve disputes.
- Send to the customer’s Order Status Report.
Order Execution
- Proactively manage order backlog
- Follow-up the reporting order status.
- Follow up on commitments and delivery milestones with the customers.
- Owner of the delivery process through internal supply chain.
- Sales estimates assessment in monthly basis
Sales Updates
- Weekly monitoring critical orders with sales team.
- Risk and Opportunities analysis based on credit status, customer feedback, plant deliveries, logistics timing and service operations.
**Professional Degree Requirements**:
- Professional degree in a business-related field.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Preferable 2 years in administration orders and resources.
- Preferable experience in ERP programs.
- Ability to handle multiple task and changing priorities.
- Preferable 2 years in Customer Service.
- Ability to travel up to 20% inside Argentina.

- Experience with Oracle strongly preferred
- English proficiency 70% at least.
