**What you’ll do**

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Order Management Administrator

Location: Buenos Aires, Munro, Vicente Lopez

Expected start date: December 2024 or January 2025

Duration: 6 months up to 18 months

Work set-up: Hybrid

**In this role,**

As an Intern you will be part of Order to Invoice department, which is customer focused. The job’s tasks involve supporting the team’s daily operations so your key responsibilities will include:

- Checking contracts
- Collecting costumers’ purchase orders
- Booking simple deals in the system
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Assisting multiple processes from the area.

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a current university student
- Open to different fields of study (preferably Finance, Administration, or other related careers)
- Willingness to work with the standardized finance processes
- Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Written and spoken advanced English is required
- Attention to details
- Capable of welcoming changes and participating on SAP’s finance transformation journey
- Able to participate in problem solving initiatives with innovative approach
- Team player that shares responsibilities and tasks
