The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Elaboration of stock control, sales and receivals reporting in short term periods (ATP - Available to promise)
- Accountable for measuring, monitoring, controlling and implementing actions related to suppliers’ performance
- Prepare and facilitate Order fulfilment calls with teams in Mexico, the USA and Asia
- KPI development for measuring supply chain operations in Argentina and implement actions for continuous improvement in the Country’s processes
- Management of Isotanks fleet in Argentina (accountable for the import and export on a timely manner)
- Returnable package management and actions with the government offices to export them to the source regions
- Order placement for materials inbound to Argentina and their follow up until the receipt (good communication with service providers and pairs in other regions to provide delivery in promised timing)
- Order placement and follow up of raw material purchases from local suppliers
- Monitoring, management and control of warehouse/plant transfers in Argentina
- Follow up in customs clearance and good communication with customs broker in Argentina in order to release product in timely manner
- Process exports from Argentina to other countries (from booking request, having the documents ready until shipment)
- Cost controls of port terminal costs, freight, taxes and other duties related to customs/logistics to request broker funds
- Accountable for making sure import documents are correct and originals are on hand at the time of vessel arrival to the Argentina final POD
- Inputs on weekly call with contract administrator and supply planner to guarantee production plan is fulfilled
- SIRA requests follow up on a daily basis
- Environmental (SAO) and TAD licenses request and follow up on approvals
- Actions with chamber of commerce in Argentina to help getting SIRAs released.
- Elaborate annual reports for tax and chemical chamber of Argentina
- Annual declaration and warranty letters for ocean carrier preparation for ocean procurement logistics buyer signatures
- Manage complaints (CQSI) with suppliers and follow up to have closure in a proper timing

- English: Good written and verbal communication skill
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain processes and routines
- Collaboration and clear communication skills
- Experience with Excel, Databases and SAP
- Creativity to approach problems in different ways
- Bachelor´s Degree in Logistics/Foreign trade or related field
