**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

The Plan Document department is responsible for preparing materials required by U.S. federal laws and regulations governing group health plans. These plans are sponsored by the clients of Personify Health. Plan designs vary from client to client.

Plan design information needed to complete plan documents is contained in documents prepared by other departments, e.g. Benefit Sheet or Change Notice (CN), as well as materials prepared by client’s previous health plan administrator.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Complete annual Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) templates for health plans sponsored by Personify Health clients;
- Prepare new and restated Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklets for health plans sponsored by Personify Health clients;
- Prepare Summary of Material Modifications (SMM) and Summary of Material Reduction (SMR) for health plans sponsored by Personify Health clients;
- Meet client due dates;
- Conduct peer reviews on documents written by other team members.
- Assess clients’ intent by reviewing internal documentation and/or plan documents prepared by previous health plan administrator;
- Identify benefit/compliance issues and communicate appropriate resolution to internal stakeholders;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Set and organize own work priorities and successfully adapt to new priorities;
- Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships within the department and at all levels of the organization.
