**Who are you?**
Under supervision of the Team Lead, Technical Documentation, the Documentation Specialist will be responsible for contributing to and maintaining an extensive documentation library for the organization’s internal use. This role is responsible for collaboration with cross functional teams on the end-to-end documentation requirements of product and features, appropriate to its intended audiences.
**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:
- Create, revise, and maintain documentation for products, services, and features.-
Structure and organize information effectively, ensuring ease of navigation.Simplify complex product and feature knowledge by breaking it down into clear, step-by-step documentation, guides, and instructions to enhance understanding.Review and edit work for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.Gather usability feedback from users to improve documentation based on their insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in a related field (i.e., technical writing, communications)A minimum of two (2) years professional work experience in a business or technical writing role, preferably aligned to product operations and/or software implementation.A minimum of one (1) year working in a SaaS, wellness, or health/health care industry.
