**About the role**

We are looking for a Customer Support Supervisor who can manage our Customer Success Team in charge of servicing Owners Call Center Channels for both, business owners as well as property owners.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage onboarding, day-to-day and offboarding of team members
- Manage Owners Call Center channels (Whatsapp+Phone & Inbound/Outbound) for business & property owners
- Keep track of metrics and report to upper management
- Propose and conduct proactive and corrective measures
- Mentor team members

**What you will need in this role**
- At least 2 years of experience managing a Customer Support team/Call Center
- Have a deep understanding of Call Center metrics (S2L, Response Time, Resolution Time, etc.)
- Have a proactive attitude towards solving problems & proposing innovative solutions
- Have a deep sense of urgency and excellent time management
- Be willing to work on a dynamic environment
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- Proficient in speaking and writing. This is a customer-facing role
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
