We are a **medical growth partner** called Grow My Clinic that helps the nation's top holistic joint pain and regenerative medicine clinics through our in-house marketing and sales team. All of which include Facebook, Instagram, and Google **(THIS IS WHERE YOU HELP)**

- **HOW IT WORKS**:
1) Our marketing team generates warm, qualified online leads who inquire about treatment on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok)
2) our patient sales closers convert the leads into a prepaid appointment for the doctor **(this is where you help).**
**- Because we’re up to our eyeballs in new patient leads**, we need more help to call and converting the new leads and drive new patient appointments for our medical doctors.

- **Position Summary**_
This is a 100% remote opportunity for anyone in South America. You'll have phone consultations with each leads who express interest in the doctor's holistic services. You'll qualify, educating and scheduling the prospect to create a $49 USD consultation with the doctor.

- **NOTE: This position is full time and 100% remote. You must have high-speed internet, laptop or computer, and a quiet home office. You can work from anywhere if you reside in South America :)**

- **What you’ll be doing(EVERYDAY is DIFFERENT and FUN)**_
1.) You’ll be scheduling new patient appointments for Grow My Clinic's doctors on incoming calls and form inquiries generated by Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads.
2.) You’ll answer incoming lead notifications, inbound calls and immediately following up with leads to get them scheduled for your first five assigned doctors.
3.) As part of this opportunity, you’ll also be part of a quick-paced and high-growth company. You’re getting in on the ground floor of a growing sales team and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team.

**30 Day Targets**:
- Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
- Master proven scripts, credit card intake, objection handling, and follow-up strategy
- Converting a minimum of 4 appointments per week for each client assigned
- Ready and able to handle workflow to service five designated doctors' offices
- 50+ calls per day
**60 Day Targets**:
- Steadily handling the workload of 8-10 assigned doctors' offices
- 80 appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (4 per day in month 2)
- 90% show rate for each assigned client
- 80% pre-pay intake
- 100+ calls per day
