**Sales & Business Development**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Spanish-speaking market.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
**Communication & Presentation**:
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing in both Spanish and English.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively.
**Market Research**:
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities within the Spanish-speaking community.
**Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to achieve overall sales goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on the Spanish-speaking market.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Pay: $4,700.00 - $5,600.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
