We (Torre) are helping EmpowerLink find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Bilingual Sales Representative.

Compensation:
COP 3M/month.
+ Commissions (~COP 600K/month)

Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Argentina, and Ecuador residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 2+ years of experience in sales.
- You are proficient in customer service and lead generation.
- You are beginner in CRM (Customer relationship management), contract negotiation, and legal support.
- Spanish - Fully fluent.
- English - Fully fluent.

Position: Bilingual Sales Representative (English B2).
Location: Remote.
Compensation: Base salary of $3,000,000 COP + competitive commissions + $162,000 COP connectivity aid.

Key responsibilities:
- Generate leads and manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Effectively present and sell our specialized legal financial services.

What we’re looking for:
- Language skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Sales experience: At least 2 years in selling intangible products; experience in legal financial services like bankruptcy and debt litigation is a huge plus.
- Tech requirements: Own a reliable computer and have a stable internet connection.
- Communication skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
