**You are responsible for**

Implement the TASY (Hospital Management ERP) system
- Act as a link between the company and the client in administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Instruct clients in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Interpret customer needs and clarify whether the responsibility for problem resolution lies with sales personnel, customer service representatives, or engineers.
- Work on moderate scope problems where data analysis requires a review of a variety of factors using root cause analysis.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Important criteria #1 (minimum education level and/or related major for the role)
- Experience in TASY implementation or similar.
- Bioengineers, IT professionals with knowledge in medical informatics (no need to be a physician)
- Available to travel 80% of the time
- Located in Buenos Aires, Agentina
