- Job Description

The Technology Consultant is responsible for delivering quality consulting, project management and support to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, as an individual contributor or a team member. This position will generally require travel for client engagements.
- Responsibilities- Provide strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology solutions
- Follow established delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and the consultant’s role, and promote industry best practices
- Deliver high quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements
- Develop and/or implement effective change management strategies, including communications and testing and training programs and collateral
- Develop implementation roadmap and integrated project plan in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Provide functional process and design support to understand the current and desired future state of people, processes, and technology
- Gather feedback to accurately assess the business requirements, pain points and gaps facilitating best practice recommendations
- Strive to be versatile, effective, and continually deepen skill sets in recruitment practices related to people, process, and technology
- Contribute to broader business goals by attending, participating in relevant meetings and initiatives to enable continuing development and understanding of the market landscape
- Qualifications
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience:
- Experience supporting full program lifecycle following established project management methodology
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA processes (e.g., systems, UAT, data migration, sourcing/engagement, recruitment marketing, analytics, etc. with deep expertise in at least 2 functions)
- Set and manage client expectations and resolve conflict
- Experience with development and implementation of change management, communications, testing and training collateral and strategies
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of TA platforms, tools, products, and complimentary technologies
- Experience configuring software in support of client requirements, identifying solutions to resolve product gaps
- Exhibit a deep knowledge of organizational design, productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies best practices
- Demonstrated experience supporting successful TA technology solutions implementations
- Experience with one or more of the following systems: SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Workday Recruiting, Beamery, Phenom, Jobvite, Cornerstone OnDemand, Avature, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, SuccessFactors Recruiting, Symphony Talent
- Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Exhibit high level of understanding of best practices relating to organizational design, productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, and recruitment programs, policies, and regulations
- Ability to drive adoption and change management for achievement of business project goals
- Ability to lead and inspire team members in managing client relationships
- Serve as lead architect / advisor for discovery / process review and analysis providing strategic recommendations on highly complex engagements
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of TA platforms, tools, products and complimentary technologies
- Set and manage client expectations, handle and resolve conflict
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of team members in a consultative environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Internet and software
