**Responsibilities**:
**Who are you?**

As a UAT Analyst, you can ensure client user experience needs are met in the Product Delivery Team under the supervision of a mentor. You will be responsible for working with the Account Team and our largest clients to create program specific test plans and manual test cases to ensure quality and expected functionality and report issues observed.

**In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following**:

- Write and implement manual test cases for the client to test against under mentor supervision.
- Has the knowledge to build a full sponsor to mirror current sponsor and be able to make any edits required
- Maintain a defect log throughout testing cycle to be shared with the client.
- Create Bug Tickets with a detailed description of any issues found.
- Work with Engineering and the Account team to ensure issues are fixed in a timely manner.
- Client facing participation for the entirety of the UAT process; including planning, kick-off and ad-hoc meetings with the client.
- Has a basic understanding of existing system design, architecture, and business logic.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Previous experience in SDET or Platform Services a plus.- Strong communication skills, openness to collaborate, and enthusiasm to deliver as a part of a team.- Strong attention to detail.- Understanding of what a test case is- Basic understanding of the full SDLC.-
- An ability to contribute to a technical discussion and the openness to listen and learn from your peers.- An ability to provide technical details in a way that the business side will understand.Client facing abilities.- Knowledge of how to build a sponsor in GenAdmin- Experience with and thorough understanding of formal defect management processes.- Ability to work well with other teams to resolve issues and defects.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
