We are currently looking for Analyst to work for a health care project.
**What you´ll do**
You´ll be in charge to enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence solutions and reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and performance of data systems meet business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on SQL queries and data manipulation techniques to optimize data retrieval and analysis.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new reports dashboards and BI tools to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and analytics to recommend innovative solutions.
**Necessary skills and experience required**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) or minimum 2-3 years of experience in SQL Data Governance Business Intelligence and Reporting
- Experience in BI Validation and Analytics & Insights is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced Level of English
