**About You**:
The Delivery Coordinator - Kimberly Clark Professional Marketing is a member of the Kimberly Clark Professional Marketing Product and Engineering Team in Global Digital Technology Solutions at Kimberly-Clark, which ladders up to the Commercial Transformation group. The Kimberly Clark Professional marketing platform and services that this role supports are leveraged by all regions and their markets for Kimberly Clark Professional.
In close partnership with Product Owners and Engineering Managers, this role ensures feature delivery and regional requirements are understood and shared across delivery teams. As well, the Delivery Coordinator oversees support and managed services including the intake process and ensuring business issues are captured. The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for bringing features and projects to fruition by collaborating between product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure business needs are being met and monitored across regions.
**Imperatives for this role**
- Works closely with Kimberly Clark Professional Business Product Owner and Stakeholders to understand product requirements and then drives & monitors delivery and maintenance, as well as communication with Product Owners and Stakeholders.
- Support operations including run management and stakeholder communications.
- Story and incident documentation and support, prioritization aligned with the product owners across backlogs
- Project and feature delivery, expectation and collaboration with stakeholders and impacted parties
- Agile Product team promotion and maintenance, ensures functioning scrum teams and planned backlog
- Delivery management such as UAT guidance, timeline communication, and alignment across teams
- Supporting scrum teams across disciplines and imperatives, including run, change, and build
- Owns outward communication of project/feature and support progress and value to stakeholders
- Coordinates with multiple parties (product owner, vendors, strategic partners, engineering managers, business partners, etc.) to meet the customer’s priorities
**Key Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding and broad experience with multiple digital marketing functional areas such as, Web, ecommerce, analytics and SEO, advertising, creative design etc. and practical experience with integrated execution
- Domain knowledge around the product that will be owned on Experience Management, such as
- Mandatory: Web Experience Management (Sitecore or similar CMS)
- Mandatory: Organic Search and SEO (GA4, GTM)
- Mandatory: Privacy and Consent (One Trust, DSAR, GDPR, CPRA)
- Nice to have: Ratings and Reviews (BazaarVoice)
- Nice to have: eCommerce / Online purchasing (Adobe Commerce)
- Nice to have: PIM/DAM knowledge (Stibo)
- Demonstrable ability to translate business needs into requirements and define those in a written format that allows the development teams to align behind the product vision
- Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills at all levels
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA or Azure Boards
- Agile Product Methodology experience (Scrum Certification preferred)
