Desde Criterium estamos en la búsqueda de un Account Manager para incorporarse en una empresa líder en soluciones eléctricas y de iluminación.

Modalidad híbrida. Lunes a Viernes.

Contrato en relación de dependencia.

Objetivo del Puesto:

Gestionar y desarrollar una cartera de cuentas asignadas, construyendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y maximizando la rentabilidad de las cuentas.

Responsabilidades Principales:
  1. Administrar una cartera de cuentas existentes.
  2. Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
  3. Negociar acuerdos comerciales y contratos, asegurando condiciones favorables para la empresa.
  4. Realizar un seguimiento constante de la satisfacción del cliente y tomar medidas para resolver cualquier problema o inquietud.
  5. Organizar reuniones y presentaciones para los clientes.
  6. Monitorear el desempeño de las cuentas, utilizando indicadores clave (KPIs).
  7. Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas, incluyendo resultados, oportunidades y desafíos.
  8. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos (ventas, marketing, operaciones, logística) para asegurar la satisfacción de las cuentas.
Requisitos excluyentes:
  1. Formación Académica: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  2. Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles comerciales, preferentemente en empresas B2B.
  3. Contar con movilidad propia.
  4. Sólidos conocimientos de técnicas de ventas y negociación.
  5. Dominio de herramientas de gestión (CRM).
  6. Habilidades de análisis y reporting.
  7. Conocimiento del mercado y la competencia.
  8. Orientación al cliente y a resultados.
