Estamos en la búsqueda de Service Enginerer, con sólidos conocimientos de equipos de procesamiento y/o envasado de alimentos, para trabajar directamente con nuestro equipo de técnicos de servicios, ingenieros, gerentes de cuentas y clientes. En esta función, puedes actuar como un primer contacto con el cliente, realizar planeamiento de corto plazo del procesamiento y envasado de alimentos en la planta del cliente, coordinar y ejecutar los planes de mantenimiento incluyendo el mantenimiento correctivo. Además, llevarás a cabo la resolución de los problemas de sistemas de controles avanzados y participarás en las instalaciones de las líneas de procesamiento y envasado.
La posición tendrá base en San Fernando, Buenos Aires.
La posición requiere disponibilidad de más del 85% de tu tiempo a visitar y trabajar en las plantas de nuestros clientes.
Como Service Engineer, vas a:
- Ejecutar mantenimiento preventivo para garantizar un tiempo de inactividad mínimo, eficiencias de producción máximas y una operación eficiente de los equipos del cliente.
- Participar en eventos de instalación según sea necesario.
- Participar en la preparación del sitio del cliente para eventos de instalación y puesta en marcha de los equipos de procesamiento y envasado de alimentos siguiendo altos estándares de calidad.
- Ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo en línea con los procedimientos estándar globales de Tetra Pak y reinstalar el equipo en el entorno de producción de acuerdo con las expectativas definidas.
- Realizar análisis de fallas de manera estructurada para la detección de causa raíz y la construcción de planes de acción para implementar soluciones permanentes.
- Ejecutar informes oportunos de todos los problemas técnicos descubiertos de acuerdo con los procesos de Calidad de la compañía.
- Ejecutar la instalación de kits de mejora relevantes de acuerdo con los procedimientos y reinstalar el equipo en el entorno de producción de acuerdo con las expectativas definidas.
- Informar al personal pertinente de Tetra Pak sobre las actividades de servicio en curso, así como sobre cualquier problema que afecte al cliente o la calidad del servicio de Tetra Pak.
- Informar sobre cualquier oportunidad de negocio descubierta en el cliente a través de los canales relevantes.
- Realizar coaching a operadores y técnicos de nuestros clientes, como así también compartir conocimientos para desarrollar competencias a colegas según sea necesario.
- Actuar como embajador de Tetra Pak en todo momento, asegurando y promoviendo buenas relaciones laborales con el cliente y asegurando que la reputación de Tetra Pak se mantenga.
- Grado de Técnico o de ingeniería electromecánica, mecánica, electricidad, automatización, mecatrónica o relacionado.
- Más de 03 años de experiencia en la industria de alimentos, incluyendo la instalación de equipos y mantenimiento mecánico.
- Conocimiento en los equipos de procesamiento o envasado de alimentos.
- Conocimiento de Controlador Lógico Programable (PLC).
- Conocimientos de Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para atención a los clientes de la región de Cono Sur.
- Compromiso con la cultura, calidad y seguridad.
- Licencia de conducir habilitada.
- Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 85% del tiempo.
- Habilidades mecánicas, eléctricas y de automatización.
- Habilidad para construir y mantener buenas relaciones con nuestros clientes y colegas de trabajo.
