Tu perfil

Estamos en búsqueda de profesionales con habilidades excepcionales para resolver problemas, que trabajen de manera estructurada y con un alto enfoque en la calidad para ofrecer un servicio superior a nuestros clientes. Valoramos la flexibilidad, la autonomía y la capacidad de desenvolverse en un entorno ágil. Es esencial contar con una amplia disponibilidad para viajar (80%, tanto a nível nacional como internacional) y poseer licencia de conducir vigente.

Tus responsabilidades
- Ejecutar y brindar asistencia técnica a los clientes: puesta en marcha, instalación, pruebas, reparación y mantenimiento de productos, módulos y sistemas en sus instalaciones.
- Solucionar, investigar y resolver problemas técnicos aplicando un profundo conocimiento del producto.
- Proponer y realizar recomendaciones proactivas para la compra de repuestos, así como hacer seguimiento a las acciones y propuestas presentadas a los clientes, trabajando en equipo con nuestro personal de ventas.
- Capacitar a los clientes sobre las características y beneficios de los productos adquiridos.
- Preparar el trabajo de servicio para ejecutarlo de manera eficiente y oportuna.
- Brindar asesoramiento proactivo en relación con la cartera de servicios.
- Realizar servicios en nuestros Centros de Servicio cuando sea necesario.

Educación y conocimientos: Puedes ser tanto técnico como Ingeniero: mecánico, eléctrico y electromecánico con al menos 5 años de experiência como técnico en terreno.
