A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR DAY

Responsibility for achieving the technical project objectives delegated to him by Argentina District Service Office (DSO). Also responsible for efficient management of cost, time, quality, safety, sub-contractors work and other efforts. Steam Turbine Engineer is responsible for all activity related to steam turbine maintenance. Supporting DSO team for all technical items related to execution work.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Long Term Service Agreement, O&M and open market service projects for large steam turbines:

- Performs specialized, engineer level work in the field in one or more of the defined specialty tasks (assembly and disassembly).
- Provides experienced advice and technical assistance to support staff and subordinate technicians.
- Performs day to day activities as part of a team or as a stand-alone function
- Effectively identifies technical or schedule problems as they occur and takes appropriate actions to resolve including escalation of more sophisticated issues to a higher level
- Perform complex service calls and collaborate with DSO office, project stakeholders and customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
- Provides all required documentation and reports in a timely manner and according to procedures.
- Performs check list inspections and compile records to document condition of equipment and assure quality.
- Works closely with site leads, supervisors, and fellow employees and assist them in meeting customer needs.
- Ensure strict alignment to compliance & other business process guidelines throughout the whole organization.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Engineering mechanical degree (must)
- Experience in site maintenance at least 7 years of Steam Power Plants (must)
- Must be able to travel out-of-city and work away from home base up to 70% of the time
- You have strong analytical and interpersonal skills and are proficient in spoken and written English
- You own good general IT skills, at least about Microsoft Office products
- Interpersonal skills: Works efficiently with others from a diverse group of backgrounds, demonstrate respect for coworkers’ colleagues and clients.
- Problem solving techniques: Strategically use LOGIC and ANALYSIS to identify the strengths and
