As a Business Development Associate - Partner Growth, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the success of partners within the Cloudbeds Marketplace.

Your main focus will involve guiding partners through onboarding and go-to-market processes to enhance overall partner onboarding experiences and increase the number of live properties and partners.

This role presents a unique opportunity to drive growth for marketplace and distribution partners while gaining valuable insights into the dynamic hospitality landscape.

The partnership team's core objective is to enhance relationships with technology and service companies ('partners'), aiming to deliver integrated technology solutions to Cloudbeds customers. This often entails API integrations with partners such as Amadeus and IdeaS, with a focus on global expansion.


Location:
Remote - Latin America (Mexico or Colombia preferred)



Responsibilities:

  • Partner Onboarding: Manage partner onboarding post-certification to ensure a seamless experience and launch partners on the Cloudbeds Marketplace.
  • Documentation: Create release notes to aid internal teams in promoting partners and generating leads.
  • Asset Management: Source and distribute partner assets as needed to relevant teams and channels.
  • Feedback Loop: Conduct regular surveys with partner properties post-pilot phase to gather feedback for improvement.
  • Training: Schedule and lead partner training sessions to share key partner features across the organization.
  • Content Creation: Develop partners' landing pages, product videos, and promotional materials for effective communication of partner features.
  • Regional Case Studies: Coordinate the creation of regional case studies showcasing successful partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders for project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum years experience in Account Management or relevant field approved by HR
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish required; Portuguese proficiency preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
