Job Description

Somos una compañía líder de medios y entretenimientos y trabajamos con pasión por lo que hacemos. Buscamos sumar a nuestro staff un/a Service Desk Analyst & Field Support.

Como principales funciones de su gestión se destacarán:

Quien se incorpore proporcionará soporte técnico siendo el punto de contacto inicial para los usuarios finales, incluida la evaluación inicial, la investigación, la resolución de problemas tanto de lo referente a las actualizaciones, problemas de software / hardware / red.


La búsqueda se orienta a profesionales con experiência previa trabajando en soporte en el campo de IT, con experiência avanzada en resolución de problemas del usuario final.

Brindar soporte y administración de aplicaciones Geminis y SIAP.

Nível requerido de Idioma Inglés avanzado y conocimientos en:

  • Administración básica de usuarios y grupos de seguridad de Active Directory
  • Windows / Linux Instalación, Administración y solución de problemas.
  • Office 365: instalación, administración y solución de problemas.
  • Redes: solución de problemas, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.
