**Service Desk Analyst I, your future position?**
Reporting to the Workplace Service Center Manager, you will provide functional and technical support in Workplace Services area for Americas region, using Spanish, English and Portuguese to improve the experience of your internal clients.
**In this exciting position you'll work with**:
**Technical Support**
- Be involved in Incident, Problem and Service Request Management.
- Provide workarounds based on Service Level Goals.
- In the case of Problem Management, escalate issue to Service Desk Manager or Senior Service Desk Analyst.
- Propose or recommend IM&T Services modifications to the Service Desk Manager to reduce user impact.
- Refer more complex problems to problem managers or senior level.
- Participate to new IM&T Service testing, deployment and stabilization.
- Maintain and stay current with evolving information technology.
**Communication**
- Clarify tickets logged with requesters and communicate about resolution progress.
- Ensure satisfactory customer service and prompt response times to the requesters.
- Share your support knowledge with peers in the same team and maintain associated documentation.
- Communicate with user community to provide the status of open problems and the changes associated with new solutions.
- Develop good working relationships.
**Information Security**
- Ensure security rules implementation following the policies.

**Your professional profile includes**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related areas (preferred).
- 1+ years of relevant experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English and Portuguese knowledge, both written and spoken.
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure: Lan, WAN, Windows servers, active directory.
- Knowledge of informatics hardware (PC, Printer, scanner, and smartphones).
- Basic Knowledge in SAP system (account, printing).
